Global Institute of Technology and Management, the premium choice of students from various parts of India and the world was proud to welcome the chivalrous team from The Indian Navy at their Gurugram campus. India has a rich maritime heritage and the earliest reference to maritime activities is contained in the Rig Veda. The Navy officers introduced young budding minds of Global to the Naval History, Current Status and the Carrier Ahead. Students were enthralled to know various carrier opportunities in Indian Navy and promised that they would always be ready to fight for their motherland. The students also appreciated various technologies and strategies adopted by the Indian Navy during times of distress and natural disaster such as floods, droughts, cyclones, earthquakes etc.
