Faculty is the bed-rock on which the edifice of an institute is structured. Consistent with high standard of excellence pursued by the institute, the GITM faculty comprises seasoned, highly qualified and distinguished academicians drawn from institutes of repute like IIT, BITS, NIT, etc., with a proven record of meritorious accomplishments in their respective area of specialization. The team is headed by Prof. (Dr.) Narendra Singh an eminent IITian with rich and varied experience spanning over 27 years in Teaching, Research and Technical Administration. A widely travelled man Dr. Singh visited Europe in September, 2005 as part of the project “EU-India River Bank filtration Network” Funded whith in ECCP programme by the European Union. He has several Research Papers to his credit which have been published in National and International journals and presented in International conferences.
In their commitment to take the institute to the sky-soaring heights, the faculty members earnestly endeavour to meet the expectations of the aspirants who are entrusted to them. We invite eminent people from the industry and visiting faculty from the reputed R& D organizations for special lectures to guide students and help them reach the pinnacle of excellence.

Advisory Committees: In order to maintain complete transparency in the relationship between students, faculty and management of the institute, the institute has framed various committees with students and faculty as members keeping in view the guidelines contained in the Students’ Charter for Technical Institutions in the state of Haryana. These committees ensure participative and collaborative management of activities pertaining to admission and academic services, tutorial support, health, safety and security, personal development and grievance redressal etc.

Teaching Pedagogy:-
Apart from the conventional method of ‘Chalk & Talk’ the institute focuses on a new pedagogy of teaching through modern aids like LCD Projector, Multimedia, OHPs, DVD and Educational Movies to make students more attentive and interactive. Every class room is equipped with digital board and other power point presentation facilities. In order to achieve better understanding and also to create subject interest among students, ‘Participative Learning’- ‘A Proactive Approach’ is being followed.

In order to provide an edge to GLOBALITES over their peers and develop their all round personality, the institute conducts value-added courses such as Personality Development, Communication Skill and Entrepreneurship Programme etc.
